An investigation is underway in the area of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Ave. as police search for evidence in regards to a shooting that sent one person to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Multiple rounds of gunfire rang out at around noon sending police and EMS rushing to the scene where they located a male victim suffering injury form apparent gunfire.
The victim was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center where his injuries are reported to be life threatening.
Cops are searching the area for a blue 4-door vehicle that was last seen fleeing the area occupied by a black male who is reported to be around the age 20-years-old.
