Police have a crime scene established and an investigation underway into a shooting in Jersey City at this time.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 90’s block of Grant Avenue around 11 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering multiple bullet wounds in his face and head.
Police say the man was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and is currently in grave condition.
The suspect is described as a black male list scene speeding away in a white SUV and wearing khakis and a brown hoodie.
Avoid the area for the investigation.
