Police have area schools locked down as they search for a suspect wanted for a shooting that injured two people this morning.
According to preliminary reports, police responded to the 200 block of West Palisades Avenue after receiving reports of shots fired at around 8:30 am
Units arriving at the scene found two victims suffering non-life threatening injuries after being shot at that location.
There is a large police presence with neighboring police departments searching for the suspect.
Avoid the area for the investigation.
