Bomb Threat Evacuates Walmart in New Jersey

Thousands of customers and employees were evacuated from a NJ Walmart Super Store on Sunday evening.

According to police, the Hamilton Township store received a bomb threat shortly before 9:30 p.m. sending emergency responders to the scene to investigate.

Store officials completely evacuated the store where thousands of customers were doing last minute shopping for the Christmas holiday.

Police searched the store and found that the threat was unfounded.

Authorities are on the search for the suspect who made the threat.
