Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 27-year-old Belleville woman.
According to Cape May County Herald report, Jessica R. Lane, of Belleville, is being sought by the Cape May Police Department on a warrant for obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
The incident which occurred on Nov. 28 at the CVS in West Cape May was caught on surveillance which ultimately led to Lane.
An arrest warrant was issued, formally charging her with third degree obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
Bail will be set once Lane is arrested.
