Children of all ages should look up to the sky Wednesday night and follow the lights to Belleville's second annual Three Kings Day celebration.

Belleville Mayor Michael Melham and the Township Council invite all residents to take part in the drive-through event.

Searchlights will be crisscrossing the sky, leading all to make the pilgrimage to the Belleville Senior Center at 125 Franklin Avenue.

The celebration will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Participants should enter via Franklin Avenue and will exit via Mill Street.

Three Kings Day is especially popular in Spain and Latin American countries, where the day is commemorated by giving gifts to children.

The event is supported by the National Latino Peace Officers Association, the Latin American Motorcycle Association-Newark Chapter and the Mayor Michael Melham Civic Association.
