Belleville firefighters made fast work out of a fire that broke out inside a home in the city on Wednesday morning.
According to officials, fire broke out in a house located in the single digit block of Watsessing Avenue at approximately 2:53 a.m.
Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the basement of the residence according to reports.
Firefighters were able to find the seat of the fire then knock the small blaze down in under 30 minutes with the cause under investigation.
There were no injuries reported.
