The 51-year-old owner of Clean Sweep Chimney Depot who was shot Sunday has died, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.
Richard Zarriello was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries shortly before 4 p.m. today, according to officials.
It is unclear at this time, what exactly led to the shooting or if there are any suspects.
