Passaic County officials announce that at approximately 11:47 p.m. on August 11, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 51-year-old male Paterson resident had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center via private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Based on the preliminary investigation, the shooting occurred in the area of East 18th Street and Fulton Place in Paterson.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
