Authorities announced that an unidentified Newark teen has been also charged with the murder of Michael Bowers.
According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez just one week from the arrest of Khalil Holmes, 20, of Jersey City, the arrest of the juvenile who allegedly conspired with him to kill Bowers, 34, was announced.
According to authorities, both suspects with murder, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit murder.
Bail for Holmes has been set at $1,000,000 cash only.
The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office hasn't yet been determined whether adult charges will be pursued.
