NEWARK NJ: A victim of an armed robbery who refused to give up personal possession to an armed robbery suspect has police on Maybaum and Tremont Ave. on reports of shots fired at this time.
There is an active search around the Bradley Court Housing Complex for a 6'1" black male last seen wearing a reddish or pink hoodie and blue jeans who reportedly fired a shot in the direction of the victim during an attempted armed robbery a short time ago.
The victim was not injured in the shooting.
