Police in Newark are on the search for several suspects wanted for an armed carjacking that was reported in the city's North Ward overnight.
The incident occurred in the 400 block of Summer Avenue where police arrived to investigate before midnight.
According to reports, an armed suspect approached the victim and took a 4-door 2009 Infinity G37 with a reported NJ license plate number "V57-GMJ".
The suspect fled south on Summer Avenue reports said.
There were no physical injuries reported.
