Police in Clementon are urgently seeking information on the whereabouts of a missing juvenile, De'Yona Cheesborough.
According to police, the 15-year-old was last observed leaving her group home on Friday at 4:45 p.m.
At the time, police said she was clad in a black graphic tee with an unidentified image and black pants.
De'Yona stands at 5'5" and weighs around 130 lbs. Her intended destination remains unclear.
