Authorities in Newark are reporting that police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Qiana Otis, 37, of Newark, who was reported missing on Sunday, February 11th, 2018.
Police say Ms. Otis was reported missing from the 900-block of Frelinghuysen Avenue.
At that time, she was wearing a black North Face jacket with sweat pants and tan boots. She was also seen in the area of Osborne Terrace according to police.
Ms. Otis is described as 5’6” tall and 165 lbs., with a medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
While police are actively searching for Ms. Otis, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and returning her to her family.
