Newark Police seeks the public’s help in locating Luis Feliciano-Rivera, 48, who was reported missing on September 15.
According to Newark Police, Mr. Feliciano-Rivera, who is diagnosed with schizophrenia and anxiety, was last seen at South 7th Street near Central Avenue.
Police say Luis is from Puerto Rico and has only been in the U.S. for three days.
Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in quickly locating Mr. Feliciano-Rivera.
Luis is described as 5’6” tall and 140 pounds. He has salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.
According to police Mr. Feliciano-Rivera is wearing gray sweatpants with black lines on the side, a gray shirt with a black vest on top, and black sneakers. He has a tattoo of a skull on his upper left arm.
