Police officials in Newark seek the public’s help locating Mr. James Brown, 76, who was reported missing from Newark Beth Israel Medical Center yesterday, August 20. 

According to a statement released by Newark Police officials, Mr. Brown, who has dementia, was last seen at 10:20 p.m. at the hospital.

Police described Brown as 5’9” tall, 150 pounds, wearing a dark gray short-sleeve shirt, and blue jeans.

Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of James Brown to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).

All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
