Police in Jersey City are reporting that a 48-Year-Old driver was killed after crashing into a moving vehicle on Thursday afternoon.
According to police, at approximately 4:20 p.m. an unidentified driver of an electric scooter allegedly crashed into a Nissan Rogue near the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.
Officials report that the driver of the scooter was taken Jersey City Medical Center and was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Nissan Rogue, a 56-Year-Old female has not been charged with any wrongdoing at this time.
This investigation is active and ongoing.
