$2K Reward Offered for Info on Fatal Hit-and-Run in Camden

Authorities are asking for the public's help on identifying individuals involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 53-year-old Camden woman.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Camden.

Tia Walker was struck by a stolen vehicle at approximately 9:50 a.m. on Apr. 25th, in the area of South 7th and Pine streets. 

The suspect vehicle is described as a 2001 silver Cadillac Deville, which was reported to police as being stolen from Camden earlier that morning.

After the crash, the vehicle then traveled to South 7th and Royden streets and stopped on the median. Two suspects fled the vehicle and have not yet been apprehended by authorities.  

The stolen vehicle was recovered and will be returned to the lawful owner.
