Authorities have identified 24-year-old man shot and killed early this morning in Newark, Acting Prosecutor Carolyn Murray and Newark Police Director Eugene Venable announced.
Shakime Peppers, 24, of Newark was shot and killed outside by his residence located in the 300 block of 6th Avenue at 2:30 a.m. this morning.
Authorities said there is no motive or suspects at this time.
The investigation is on going.
