22-Year-Old Critically Injured in Paterson Shooting

Passaic County authorities reported that at approximately 4:50 p.m. on April 12, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of Presidential Boulevard and Temple Street in Paterson, on a report of shots fired. 

Police said upon arrival members of the Paterson Police Department located a 22-year-old male Paterson resident and a potential crime scene in the area of West Broadway and Matlock Street in Paterson. 

The victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment and is in critical condition.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
