15-Year-Old Shot in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announce that at approximately 8:00, p.m. on Saturday evening members of the Paterson Police Department were notified that a 15-year-old male juvenile had arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for treatment of a non-fatal gunshot wound.

According to a statement released by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, based on the initial investigation a crime scene was located in the area of Hamilton Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard Paterson.

Officials say the investigation remains active and ongoing.
