14 Arrested in Newark Police Fugitive Roundup

Police in Newark are reporting the arrest of 14 individuals who were wanted for outstanding warrants.AdAccording to police, the warrant roundups are part of the Newark Police Division’s Crime Reduction Initiative. 

Between November 8 and 9, 2023, the Newark Police Division effected the arrests of the 14 individuals listed below:

  • Russell Fluker, 60, was wanted for aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and simple assault. He was arrested at Doremus Avenue in Newark. 
  • Andre S. Harris, 33, was wanted for criminal mischief and a temporary restraining order violation. He was arrested at Springfield Avenue in Newark.
  • Quasim Huggins, 18, was wanted for robbery, conspiracy, and weapon possession. He was arrested at N. Hawthorne Lane.
  • Warrant
  • Alzahir Lancaster, 23, was wanted for weapon possession, possession of prohibited weapons (large capacity magazine), and certain persons prohibited from weapon possession. He was arrested at Halsey Street in Newark, NJ.
  • Shiquandra Evans, 32, was wanted for aggravated assault and weapon possession. She was arrested at Fabyan Place in Newark. 
  • Rasoo A. Scott, 34, was wanted for an aggravated assault shooting, weapon possession, and possession of prohibited weapons (large capacity magazine). He was arrested at 1st Street in Newark.
  • Stephen R. Montgomery, 55, was wanted for theft of movable property. He was arrested at Newark’s 5th Precinct, at 480 Clinton Avenue. 
  • Jermaine Rabb, 43, was wanted for simple assault. He was arrested at South Munn Avenue in Newark.
  • Edward Torres, 36, was wanted for terroristic threats and violation of a temporary restraining order. He was arrested at Evergreen Lane in Newark. 
  • Yusef Brown, 22, was wanted for robbery, conspiracy, weapon possession, and certain persons prohibited from weapon possession. He was arrested at Doremus Avenue in Newark. 
  • Rajohnna S. Walker, 31, was wanted for robbery, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and weapon possession. She was arrested at Orchard Street in Newark. 
  • Toneyah Lopez, 18, was wanted for aggravated assault, weapon possession, and conspiracy. She was arrested in Willingboro, NJ. 
  • Kaizer Aguiar Coelho, 47, was wanted for aggravated assault. He was arrested at Van Buren Street in Newark.
  • Wyntyr Wilkins Zackery, 19, was wanted for aggravated assault, weapon possession, and conspiracy. She was arrested at 1st Street in Newark.
