Newark Police are asking for the public’s help locating 15-year-old Mya Nieves, who has been reported missing since Monday, August 17, 2026.
According to information provided in a missing-person alert, Nieves is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts and sneakers of an unknown color.
Authorities said Nieves is known to frequent the areas of 577 N. 11th Streetand 621 Broadway in Newark.
