A dispute that began outside a Dollar General store ended in a stabbing and multiple arrests after violence erupted at a nearby residence, according to Middle Township police.

Police responded to a home on Maryland Avenue at approximately 5:50 p.m. on July 5, where officers found a 27-year-old woman from Lynchburg, Virginia, suffering from stab wounds, along with a 29-year-old man from Lynchburg who sustained injuries to his head and back.

The investigation determined that the incident began when Skyana Fireall, 27, of Cape May Court House, allegedly argued with the female victim outside a Dollar General store in the Burleigh section of Middle Township.

Authorities said Fireall and her boyfriend, Sean Bey, 33, of Cape May Court House, later went to the victims’ residence, where the confrontation turned physical.

Police said the two suspects knew the victims before the incident.

According to investigators, Bey allegedly began fighting with the male victim. As the female victim attempted to intervene, Fireall allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed her in the arm.

Fireall and Bey then fled the scene in their vehicle before officers arrived.

Both suspects have been charged with second-degree aggravated assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Fireall also faces additional weapons-related charges.
