Police Search for Missing Newark Teen Girl

Authorities in Newark are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl who was last seen earlier this month in the city.

 

According to information released by Newark Public Safety officials, 17-year-old Naomy Hernandez-Guillen was reported missing on April 10, 2026. She was last seen in the 100 block of Dayton Place.

 

Hernandez-Guillen is described as Hispanic, standing approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds.

She has brown eyes, black hair, and a distinctive heart-shaped tattoo on the left side of her chest.

 

Authorities say she is known to frequent areas in Elizabeth, Clark, and Rahway, and may be traveling with two other individuals—a 17-year-old and a 20-year-old.
