His recommended sentence is 365 days in New Jersey State Prison, where he would be ineligible for parole, ACPO officials say.

According to Atlantic County officials, on August 8, 2025, Atlantic City Police received a report that a driver had pointed a firearm at two people during an apparent road-rage incident.

The victims reported that the defendant was swerving in and out of traffic while driving his vehicle, Atlantic County officials said.

ACPO officials said that a verbal confrontation occurred between the defendant and the victims while in their respective cars.

The defendant exited his vehicle with a handgun and demanded that the victims pull over to the side of the road, ACPO authorities said.

One victim stated that they were going to call the police, according to Atlantic County officials.
