Police are looking for a dark colored Jeep Liberty and a gold colored 4-door Toyota Camry occupied by several armed black males that committed an armed robbery in the city's Ironbound section shortly before 4:30 a.m.
The vehicles fled westbound towards Rt. 21.

UPDATE 6:01 a.m. Suspects in the gold vehicle approached two women in he 200 block of Chancellor Ave. and reportedly punched them in their faces before making off with their purses.
UPDATE 6:25 a.m. "A62-DTA" is the license plate number for the gold vehicle. Occupied by 3-5 black males who committed several armed robberies and assault of victims standing at bus stops and walking to work.
UPDATE 6:43 a.m. A robbery in the South Ward on Custer Ave. has police looking for this beige or gold vehicle. The victim suffered injury from being assaulted.
