The program, hosted at The Learning Center at Galloping Hill in Kenilworth and the historic Shady Rest Golf Course in Scotch Plains, continues to be one of New Jersey’s top youth golf experiences.

Designed to combine instruction with friendly competition, the league offers players a structured, team-based environment led by PGA professionals.

Organizers plan to form six teams of 12 golfers, each guided by a PGA professional to ensure a balance of coaching and match play. New this year, two teams will compete as designated Travel Teams for players ages 10 to 13.

The travel division is expected to be more competitive, and prior junior tournament experience is encouraged.

The registration fee is $325, with an additional $50 for players selected for a Travel Team. A small surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Travel Team-only tryouts will take place Friday, April 17, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. League matches are set for select Sundays in May and June from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with Travel Team match dates to be announced.

Ahead of the season, the 2026 PGA Spring Prep Clinic will run Saturdays from March 14 through April 4, giving players an opportunity to fine-tune their game before league competition begins.

The clinic costs $175 per golfer and is limited to 16 participants.

League officials encourage early registration, noting that spots typically fill quickly each year.
