Police in Paterson are investigating a stabbing that left one man injured early Monday morning.
Authorities were called just after 1 a.m. to the 60s block of Wayne Avenue following reports of a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a stab wound to the abdomen.
The victim was transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment. The extent of his injuries was not immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation by the Paterson Police Department.
No additional details have been released at this time.
