Authorities in Atlantic County announced today that Stephen Sirch, 32, of Voorhees Township, Camden County, pled guilty before Hon. Donna Taylor in Atlantic County Superior Court to each count of an indictment charging him with first-degree aggravated manslaughter and three counts of third-degree assault by auto.
He will serve an aggregate of fifteen years in New Jersey State Prison under the No Early Release Act when sentenced on March 30, 2026, ACPO officials say.
According to Atlantic County officials, on April 3, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., Sirch was involved in a motor vehicle crash on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township.
Sirch’s vehicle struck a vehicle, which then struck another, Atlantic County officials said. The driver of the first vehicle, a 29-year-old Clementon woman, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
ACPO officials say that three occupants of the other vehicle sustained serious bodily injury.

A subsequent investigation revealed that Sirch was travelling approximately 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash and under the influence of multiple substances, including fentanyl, according to Atlantic County officials.
