Three third-prize Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in New Jersey for Wednesday night’s drawing, lottery officials said.

The winning tickets, which matched four numbers plus the Powerball, were purchased at the following locations:
• Stop & Shop on Littleton Road in Morris Plains, Morris County
• The Store on East Main Street in Ramsey, Bergen County
• Totowa Food Store on Totowa Boulevard in Totowa, Passaic County
Wednesday’s winning numbers were 15, 28, 57, 58, and 63. The Powerball number drawn was 23, and the Power Play was 2x.
No ticket nationwide matched all six numbers to win the $104 million jackpot.

As a result, the estimated top prize for Saturday’s drawing has increased to $124 million, with a cash option of $56 million, according to the New Jersey Lottery.
Separately, a $2 million second-prize ticket was sold in Delaware for Monday’s drawing.
That ticket matched five numbers but did not include the Powerball.

Lottery officials note that a player who buys a $2 ticket has odds of about 1 in 11,688,053 of matching five numbers but not the Powerball, which would win a second prize of at least $1 million.
