University officials are investigating a robbery and carjacking that occurred Tuesday morning on the Seton Hall University campus in South Orange.
According to the university, the incident occurred in a parking lot near the Human Resources building, located off South Orange Avenue.
School officials confirmed that the suspects fled the area and that the victim was not injured; they are safe.
In response, Seton Hall University said additional security measures have been implemented on campus, and the South Orange Police Department has increased patrols in the surrounding area.
South Orange police officials have not commented on the incident.
