Two of the winning tickets, each valued at $200,000, were sold in Parsippany, Morris County.

One ticket was purchased at the Wawa located on New Road, while the other was sold at a Shell gas station along Route 46 east. Both tickets included the Power Play option, which increased their value.

A third winning ticket worth $50,000 was purchased at Holly City Deli and Cold Cut on North 10th Street in Millville, Cumberland County.

All three New Jersey tickets matched four of the five winning numbers plus the Powerball.

The winning numbers drawn Monday night were 23, 35, 59, 63, and 68, with the Powerball number 2. The Power Play multiplier was 4X.

Despite the local wins, no ticket nationwide matched all six numbers to claim the massive $1.15 billion jackpot.

As a result, the grand prize continues to grow.

Lottery officials say the jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is now estimated at $1.25 billion, with a cash option valued at approximately $572.1 million.

Outside of New Jersey, two second-prize tickets were also sold for Monday’s drawing.

A $1 million ticket was purchased in Arizona, while a ticket sold in California is valued at $708,443. California lottery prizes vary based on ticket sales and the number of winners.

Monday’s drawing marked the 43rd drawing since the jackpot was last won.

That previous jackpot, worth $1.787 billion, was split by two ticket holders in Missouri and Texas on September 6, making it the second-largest lottery prize in U.S. history.

Lottery officials remind players that tickets must be purchased before the cutoff time on drawing day to be eligible.
