Newark and the North Jersey region are waking up to another gorgeous fall-like morning. 
As of 4:30 a.m., it’s 65 degrees in downtown Newark, and the forecast suggests today will mirror Friday’s beautiful weather.
According to the National Weather Service, residents can expect mostly sunny skies with highs reaching near 79°F.
Winds will remain calm early, shifting to the south at 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Tonight will be partly cloudy, with temperatures dipping to a low around 62°F.
There’s no rain expected, making it a great day to enjoy outdoor plans or local community events.
