NJ Man Charged with Explicit Contact of Juvenile at Movie Theater

Authorities in Middlesex County announced that Nishith Koreka, 47, of South Brunswick Township, has been charged in connection with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Explicit Contact.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated on September 7, Koreka was arrested without incident and charged with third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and fourth-degree Criminal Explicit Contact of a juvenile.

According to Middlesex County officials, an investigation led by Detective Christopher Van Eerde of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Unit and Detective Sean Gaither of the North Brunswick Police Department determined that Koreka inappropriately touched a juvenile multiple times while attending a movie at the Regal Commerce Center in North  Brunswick.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.
