Four men from across Camden County were arrested in July following investigations into crimes involving explicit materials of minors (CSAM), according to a statement released by Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
The arrests were the result of investigations by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, which worked in coordination with Pennsauken, Gloucester Township, and Cherry Hill Police Departments, the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations – Cherry Hill, and several local agencies, including Runnemede, Haddon Township, and Lindenwold Police Departments.
Those charged include:
• Robert Galasso, 70, of Gloucester Township – Arrested July 2 and charged with third-degree Possession of CSAM after detectives linked him to a Microsoft Bing account and USB flash drive containing illicit material.
• Donald Winter, 38, of Runnemede – Arrested July 16 and charged with second-degree Distribution of CSAM, second-degree Possession with Intent to Distribute, and second-degree Possession (over 1,000 images). Investigators identified him through a Kik account and recovered additional images from multiple devices.
• Michael Cummings, 59, of Haddon Township – Arrested July 18 and charged with third-degree Possession of CSAM. Detectives tied him to a Synchronoss account and later found material on his cell phone.
• Joseph Donohue II, 25, of Lindenwold – Arrested July 25 and charged with second-degree Distribution, second-degree Possession with Intent to Distribute, and third-degree Possession of CSAM. Investigators connected him to a Kik account used for sharing illicit content.
All four men were remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility following their arrests.
