Jersey City Medical Center, part of RWJBarnabas Health, will hold its annual Baby Fair on Saturday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 355 Grand Street in Jersey City.

The event, open to expectant parents, new mothers, caregivers, and families, provides a chance to tour the Lord Abbett Maternity Wing, meet the hospital’s maternal health team, and explore valuable resources for pregnancy and infant care.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for families to plan for their new arrival, ask questions, and connect directly with our staff and community partners,” said Leah Dungee, RN, Director of Maternal Child Health Services.
“We want to make sure parents feel supported and prepared, while also building stronger connections in Hudson County.”
The Baby Fair will feature vendor showcases with strollers, car seats, nursery essentials, and baby clothing, along with educational workshops on breastfeeding, infant care, nutrition, and safety.
Interactive demonstrations will give parents hands-on experience with baby gear and diaper-changing techniques.
Local organizations will be present to connect families with additional support services, and guests will have opportunities to win prizes such as baby gear and gift baskets.
Vendors include Your Maternity Journey, My Gym Jersey City, Acelleron Breast Pumps, Little Musicians, British Swim School, Village Childcare Experts, the Partnership for Maternal Child Health, Wellpoint Health Insurance, Root Performance & Wellness, Brooknit Bonneterie, Your Sleep Babe, and the Jersey City Division of Community Health and Wellness, among others.
