Authorities in Middlesex County announced that Tory James, 23, of Plainfield, has been charged in connection with Endangering the Welfare of a Child in Plainfield.
Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated that James is a current substitute teacher at the Queen City Academy Charter School and a mentor at the Queen City Mentoring Academy, a “Day Camp” for young women and men of Plainfield.
According to MCPO officials, on August 15, James was arrested without incident and charged with second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and third-degree Promoting Obscene Material to a child under the age of 18.
This is an active and ongoing investigation.
