Authorities in Passaic County announced that at approximately 8:30 a.m. on July 15, the Passaic Police Department responded to a residence in the area of Aspen Place and State Street in Passaic on a report of an unresponsive child.
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes stated that upon arrival, officers located a deceased 6-year-old male child.
The investigation remains active and ongoing, PCPO officials said.
