Police in Trenton are investigating a stabbing incident that left a man injured following a domestic dispute in the city late Sunday night.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m., when officers responded to reports of an injured person in a residential area.
Upon arrival, they found a male suffering from a stab wound to his stomach.
Authorities said the injury was not life-threatening, and the victim declined medical attention at the scene.
Following a brief foot pursuit, police apprehended the man’s girlfriend, who was taken into custody in connection with the stabbing.
The incident remains under active investigation.
