NJ Man Charged with Explicit Contact of Teen

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 38-year-old Alfredo Ingasicha

of Hackensack on charges of endangering the welfare of a meeting minor and explicit contact.

 

Bergen County officials said on Saturday, June 29, the Hackensack Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged explicit contact of a juvenile.

 

An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Hackensack Police Department revealed that Ingasicha endangered and assaulted the juvenile in Hackensack on multiple occasions, between the dates of December 1, 2024, and

February 3, 2025.

Bergen County officials said the investigation also revealed that Ingasicha provided the child with

alcohol.

 

As a result of the investigation, on Tuesday, July 8, officials said Ingasicha was arrested in Hackensack, NJ and charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor among other charges and remanded to the Bergen County Jail.
