Authorities in Hudson County announced that on Friday, June 20, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested a West New York man after making explicit contact with a juvenile.
Victor ConsiguaSaloj, 20, is charged with Explicit Contact, a crime of the second degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a crime of the third degree, according to Hudson County officials.
HCPO officials say he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.
Shortly after 6 p.m., the West New York Police Department was notified that a 12-year-old female juvenile was groped by an unknown male in the area of Bergenline Avenue and 58th Street, Hudson County officials stated. 
HCPO authorities said that responding officers located the victim, a guardian, and a witness who positively identified the defendant, and he was immediately taken into custody.
