A lucky lottery player in Hudson County is celebrating a big win after scoring $50,000 on a scratch-off ticket last week.
According to New Jersey Lottery officials, the winning “Jumbo Bucks” ticket was purchased at Krauszers and Smoke Shop, located at 787 Kearny Avenue in Kearny, on April 30.
The winner's identity has not been released, but the prize has certainly made someone in the lower Hudson County community much richer overnight.
The New Jersey Lottery reminds all players to enjoy games of chance responsibly and encourages participants to play within their means.
