Authorities in Passaic County are searching for three suspects involved in an armed carjacking that occurred in Clifton early Saturday morning.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Circle Avenue near Inwood Street following reports of a carjacking in progress.
When units arrived at the scene, they were informed that three armed Hispanic individuals had approached the victim, brandished a firearm, and demanded their vehicle.

The suspects fled the area in the stolen vehicle, described as a Chevrolet Tahoe bearing New Jersey license plate number T42-VFS.
No physical injuries were reported in the incident.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
Police are urging anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle to contact Clifton authorities.
