Passaic County authorities reported that at approximately 2:25 a.m. today, Paterson Police responded to the area of River Street and East 13th Street on a report of a shooting.
Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said upon their arrival, officers located one victim, a 22-year-old male from Paterson, with gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased, Prosecutor Valdes said.
Two additional victims, a 24-year-old male and a 33-year-old male, both from Paterson, arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.
This investigation is active and ongoing.
