Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Shell gas station in Elizabeth Monday night.
Police responded to the Shell gas station on Spring Street after receiving a report of an armed robbery sometime around 9 p.m.
Initial reports indicated that two black males – both armed with handguns - entered the Shell gas station and demanded money.
The suspects were last seen wearing black NorthFace jackets.
No injuries were immediately reported.
