Police in Jersey City are looking for a suspect who conducted an armed robbery in a section of the city on Sunday night.
According to police, at approximately 8:20 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Liberty Avenue to investigate reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police located a male victim who reported that a dark-skinned male approached with a gun and demanded personal possessions.
Police said the suspect made off with the victim's wallet that contained cash before fleeing the scene.
The assailant was last seen running on Lincoln Street and remains at large.
There were no physical injuries reported.
