Police in Newark are reporting the arrest of Mr. Daniel E. Calderon, 37, of New York City after Police observed him committing graffiti on Saturday night.
Police said at approximately 9 p.m., members of the Environmental Vice Crimes Task Force observed a man exit a vehicle in the area of Clifton Street, between Sherman Avenue and Frelinghuysen Avenue, and begin to spray painting a wall.
According to police, Newark Officers arrested the suspect, Daniel E. Calderon, without incident.
Calderon faces a charge of criminal mischief.
