Police are on the search for three suspects who robbed a juvenile on a street in Newark on Saturday evening.
According to preliminary reports, the robbery happened at approximately 5:45 p.m. in the vicinity of South 10th Street and Springfield Avenue where three males approached the teenager and demanded personal possessions.
The suspect took items from the victim then fled the scene according to police.
Police say one of the men is reported to be 5'10" tall, heavyset, brown skin, and a mustache. According to police, the remaining suspect is reportedly a light complexion heavyset male with a beard and dreads who wore a tank top and skinny jeans that fell from his buttocks.
There was a third suspect who authorities only described as a light-skinned male.
No physical injuries reported.
