Police in Paterson are on the search for a suspect who is wanted for an armed robbery of a convenience store in the city overnight.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to 196 Getty Avenue -Grab and Go- after they received reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Units arriving at the scene were informed that a male suspect entered the establishment with a weapon and demanded proceeds.
It is not clear how much money the suspect took before he ran from the store according to reports.
There was no physical description of the suspect provided at this time.
There were no physical injuries reported.
